Maybe it’s just me, but I was disappointed when my order showed up and it was completely wrong. I was expecting what I picked out, and getting different stuff instead was frustrating. Not a great experience.

My package showed up later than expected, and the box was bent up when it got here. Luckily the item itself was okay, so not a total disaster, but the Delivery experience could’ve been better.

Honestly , the site has been frustrating to use . It feels slow , runs into bugs a lot , and just doesn’t feel smooth at all ...

It took me way longer than it should’ve to find basic things. The pages loaded fine, so I thought it was going to be smooth, actually, no, the menus were kind of messy and made everything feel harder than it needed to be. Checkout wasn’t super clear either, which was frustrating.

I ordered a curtain rod from kenney.com, and it did the basic job. It fit my window and held the curtains fine, which is obviously the main thing. The adjustability was a little underwhelming though. It does slide out, but not as smoothly as I thought it would, and I had to fiddle with it a bit to get both sides looking even.
It worked with my curtains without any real issue, but the brackets didn’t line up perfectly with the holes from my old rod, so I had to make a few small adjustments. Not the end of the world, and probably something you’d expect with different hardware, but still a little annoying. Overall, it’s okay, just nothing special.

One of the brackets didn’t line up properly either, which made it even more frustrating. From across the room it looks okay, I guess, but up close it definitely feels cheap. I wouldn’t buy it again :-(

The curtains looked almost like the photos, just a little darker once I hung them up in my room. Not a huge deal, but apparently lighting makes all the difference, because of course it does.

The rod itself was fine, but I pretty much assumed the brackets weren’t going to hold up as soon as I took them out of the box. They felt a little flimsy, and the screws stripped way too easily. Even after installing, they didn’t sit tight against the wall. Maybe I judged it fast, but I expected better quality.

I was shocked by how little there was to pick from. The selection felt so weak it was almost like everything had already disappeared before I got there.

The install wasn’t terrible, but it definitely wasn’t as easy as I expected. The instructions could’ve been clearer, and I ended up having to redo one section, which was annoying. It looks fine now that it’s done, but I felt like I was being forced to be patient the whole time.

I wanted to like kenney.com, but the site was kind of frustrating to use and I didn’t really end up with what I expected. Maybe it works fine for other people, and I guess I can see some value there, but for me it just wasn’t a great experience. I’ll probably look elsewhere next time.

It works fine for what I needed, but from what I remember of other rods I’ve used, this one doesn’t feel quite as sturdy. It’s not terrible, just a bit lightweight and bendy, so I’m not sure how well it’ll hold up long term

I ended up ordering from Kenny after looking around at a few other sites, and the prices was better here. The shipping cost was reasonable too, which I appreciated since that can easily make a good deal not worth it. My order showed up like it was supposed to, and I didn’t feel like I paid too much. I’m happy with it and would buy from them again...

I bought this from Kenny am I missing something here? The install instructions were really confusing. Some of the pictures didn’t even seem to match the parts I had, so I ended up guessing through a good chunk of it. What should’ve been a simple setup took way longer than it needed to. Frustrating overall.

For the price, I expected it to last longer than it did. It still works, kind of, but the material feels cheap, cheap enough that I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

Support did eventually fix the issue, but it took way longer than I expected. By the time it was sorted out, it felt a little too late.

kenney.com is a really nice site to use. It looks clean, loads easily, and I didn’t have to click around forever to find what I wanted, which I always appreciate.

The preview images are probably my favorite part. The assets have a simple, consistent style, and browsing through them actually feels kind of fun instead of overwhelming.
The only thing is, when I had a small question, I kind of felt dismissed rather than really helped. Still, the site itself has a friendly vibe and the assets look great, so overall I’d still leave a positive rating

I tried contacting kenney.com about some issue with my order, and I pretty much got nothing back. I sent a message, waited a few days or so, then sent another one, and still didn’t get any kind of clear answer.

It’s just kind of frustrating when getting basic help feels like pulling teeth. I wasn’t asking for anything huge, just a normal reply or some sort of update. I probably wouldn’t order from them again if this is how support usually is
